I am preparing to start a Wednesday morning yoga class for adults in Linlithgow at the end of the summer. If you are interested in coming along please contact me.
Heres to the Summer,
Maxine and I went to a Fabulous Yoga workshop at Dechmont yesterday
with Jayanti http://www.janerussell.org/yoga/
The theme of the workshop was "Self care is not self indulgence"
Lots of Fun, asana, meditation and pranayama and lots of reflection on our lives
and how we tend to prioritise and do more of the less meaningful things in our life.
Homework is to think about how we organise our lives.
Lots of interesting words of wisdom from Rick Hansons book Buddha's brain and Swami Pragyamurti's
Yoga for prisoners and other castaways.
Straight home to order the Rick Hanson book, but the other book was out of stock :-(
Looking forward to next months workshop already.
Hoping tomorrow is a fab sunny day,
